We currently accept Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, Premera and Regence Insurance. Be sure to check with your plan to verify you have coverage for treatment from a licensed massage therapist and how many visits your plan allows per year.
What do I need to schedule an appointment?
We require a referral for massage from your doctor, naturopath or chiropractor. Once you confirm your referral has been sent in, please call us with your insurance information. DO NOT book your health insurance appointment online.
Do you bill secondary insurance?
We do not bill secondary insurances.
What if I still haven't met my deductible?
If you still owe a deductible, we will send you an invoice after we have billed your insurance company.
How much will my appointment cost?
The cost of your appointment will be determined by your plan's copay or coinsurance requirements.
