Labor & Industry Injury Claims

We accept L&I claims through the State of Washington and private companies. Please verify with your claim manager that your claim has been allowed and is open for billing before making your first appointment.

What information do you need?

We require a referral for massage from your doctor, naturopath or chiropractor, the name of your L&I company (state or private company), your claim number, date of injury, and the contact information of the manager handling your claim.

How many appointments can I have?

You will be approved for six appointments at a time by your claim manager. After your first six visits, we can request a second set of six appointments if your doctor recommends further treatment and is approved by your claims manager.
